FUN stuff. Over the last say... two weekends I've had nothing pressing for school and all sorts of random projects I've been wanting to do. And due to curious people, not a xanga resurrection, ill be tossing random projects up here! So weather they were successful or a disaster, you may at least get a glimpse of the strange 3am ideas come to in overnight fruition.

Crystal Dragon (Sunday/Monday 15th/16thish) This little guys was fun, and did little to cause me pain. No I didn't wear gloves or cut myself. Like I said he cooperated. The only injuries resulted from forgetting the properties of the glue gun and using it for say things like... um scratching my nose.

Glass + Hammer + Glue gun :

Spider Web (Monday 24th) After going slightly crazy from all the invisible thread the glue gun left when trying to create the dragon, I made the worst decision of my Sunday night decision process. Basically, building this thing was like building a card house, except much worse. The threads are basically invisible, sticky, stretchy, and you have to make the them without breathing. Actually this project was rather depressing mainly due to the fact that it was 20x harder than the dragon, and way less cool. In spite of these facts I stubbornly proceeded. I finally realized that to be a true spider, ones web must never be perfect. I figure its only the young stupid spiders who make perfect webs. And then the cicada comes . Honestly though... if your with me and nonchalantly swipe your hand through a spider web... you may instantly die, or I may help you... not sure which.
